Paula worked very hard on our trip to Italy. When the tour we picked canceled on us, I gave her the information I had on a Gate 1 trip I found on the internet. She had never worked with Gate 1, but she got our trip and transfers done. Paula also got us an extra night at the Hotel we stayed at in Rome because our flight arrived a day early. Paula also helped us get rooms and tours in London on the same trip, because we stopped by there for a couple of days before coming back home.
